Thank you very much for another beautiful video❤ Love love love them❤ Is it okay to give you an advice for your Vitamix? It is supposed to run on full speed, when blending. Start on low and end on high. Highest! Only that way you will get the creamy smooth consistensy. And it is build to run in high speed, because the air created that way will cool the engine down. I have a Vitamix with premade programs for different things, and they are all made that way❤❤❤

The pumpkin gnocchi really made me crave fall/winter meals even though we're at the beginning of summer where I live :D Such a simple but incredibly comforting meal!
